I know this was just linked (by me I believe) but reading a thread below ie. 84 bad I figured EVERYBODY missed the link!
I'm the first to thumbs down when the fat man is on the stage for less than 2 hrs - but crank the 120m and this is the real deal.

This show has been coming up a lot lately .
Damn , I don't like this year . Right in the sweet spot of the junkie phase .
I have no idea why or how , but GD nails this one . Big time .
Even the first set pleases as I am usually only a jammy guy at this point . Frame 2 flows beautifully .

Gems is a good source . It's the source I had on my cassettes in the day .

Isn't "warts and all" the best way to approach Grateful Dead..any line-up/any era? If you can't get by the "warts" you just miss too damn much.
